“Neon drinks have a reputation for being too sweet,” says Jacy Topps, assistant editor for print at Wine Enthusiast, and Vin de France, Languedoc-Roussillon and Provence, France, wine reviewer. “But this cocktail is balanced with sweet, sour and citrus.”
